FBI Raided John Bolton's Home Over The Book. Shouldn't They Read It First?!
The FBI raided former National Security Adviser John Bolton’s home, because the book he wrote years ago allegedly contains classified information.
This book was published years ago. But instead of simply reading it, the FBI — acting more like Trump’s private enforcers — raided John Bolton’s home.
The logic should be simple. If the book spilled secrets, charge Bolton. If you don't know, go to the book store, buy the book and read it first. Otherwise this raid is nothing but intimidation.
The Fourth Amendment protects us from unreasonable searches, and this raid doesn't seem reasonable at all.
