Nathalie Rose Jones was charged for making threats against President Trump on social media.
Nathalie Rose Jones, 50, of Lafayette, Indiana, was arrested in Washington, D.C. She is charged with making threats to kill President Trump on social media, according to U.S. Attorney Jeanine Ferris Pirro.
Court documents reveal that from August 2 to 9, Jones posted threats on Instagram and Facebook against President Trump. She called for his removal and labeled him a terrorist, among other accusations.
On August 15, the U.S. Secret Service interviewed Jones, where she admitted to making threats but denied any current intent to harm the President. She confirmed ownership of the Facebook account "Nath Jones" used for the threats.
